Learn about fantastical alebrijes from Mexico at the Kids' Art Tent! These brightly colored sculptures of animals and beasts were created by artist Pedro Linares after a feverish dream, and they are now prized around the world. Children are invited to paint their own fantastic creature and take it home on a keychain. Older kids can try sculpting and painting their own alebrije-style clay animal (while supplies last). The Kid's Art Tent is located next to the Agora Pavilion and is open 10am-3pm.
