One great way to experience the Agora Art Fair from the inside is to volunteer. We are seeking several adults to help with the event from start to finish. All volunteers will get a free t-shirt and beverage, and the chance to get out into the sunshine and enjoy the day.

All shifts are two hours long unless otherwise noted.

Morning Set-Up (6am – 9am)

Light lifting, setting up traffic barriers, tables, and the info booth, plus helping artists and vendors with logistics.

Artist Check-In (6:30am – 8:30am)

Work with event coordinators to get artists to their assigned spots. Assist with directing traffic.

Golf Cart Shuttle (6am – 9am, and 5pm – 6pm)

Shuttle artists and vendors from the designated parking areas to their booths, before and after the event.

Traffic Flagging & Parking Assistance (6a, 8a, 10a, 12n, 2p, or 4p)

Information Booth & Program Handout (9a, 11a, 1p, or 3p)

Event Closing (5p – 7p)

Event takedown including light lifting, like removing traffic barriers, tables, and the info booth.
